Article Review: AWS Solutions Architecture Case Study by Media Temple

Here’s a case study put together by Media Temple describing an architecture they built on AWS to handle hundreds of thousands of requests on a Cyber Monday.

They give the initial set up, the testing they did to show it was faulty, and the steps they took to make it rock solid, all with AWS services.

Its a quick, easy read on how different features of AWS can be brought together to deliver a highly available, cloud based infrastructure.  The artcile also sheds light on software and application issues that had to be reworked in conjunction with the underlying services.
